Hey Jeff, cool trailer. It sounds like you are already on the right track here, because the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System # C17501 is definitely a good option for your Ember 240TKR travel trailer.
This system is intended for trailers with a tongue weight between 1,000 lbs and 1,500 lbs. Generally, the tongue weight of a travel trailer will be 10%-15% of the total weight. it sounds like your trailer is going to be a bit heavier on the tongue, so I am thinking you may be closer... view full answer...
The stopper included with the Single Bowl RV Bathroom Sink # 37295351 is made of a rubber material that will allow it to sit slightly above the drain until you push it down into the drain to block it. When I tested it in the warehouse it had roughly an 1/8" gap when just loosely sitting in the drain. In my opinion this stopper is more so just a drain plug that you'd want to insert when trying to completely block the drain. view full answer...
Hey Joe, yes the Curt TruTrack 2P part # C79JR does allow backing up as long as you are backing up mostly in a straight line. If you are going to get close to jackknifing the trailer at all though you would need to remove the springs bars. This is basically how all WD systems are though so this one is no different. view full answer...
We have great racks that can be used in the hitch of a trailer like the 2023 Ember ROK Overland trailer like the Kuat Transfer V2 part # KU84FR but the Thule Camber part # TH9058 is not rated for the rough ride quality at the rear of trailers. view full answer...
I have a weight distribution system that will work with your 2023 Ember Overland Series 201FBQ travel trailer but there is not going to be enough room on your coupler for the B&W Continuum item # BW28FR. That jack is directly in the way.
It looks like your trailer tops out right around 6,500 lbs. This would put your tongue weight somewhere between 650 lbs and 975 lbs. For this I recommend the Curt Short-Arm Weight Distribution System item # C17322. This system has shorter spring bars... view full answer...
